FAMILY RESOURCES

Families of children with autism spectrum disorders are encouraged to take advantage of family resources available in their community.  Family resources serve three general functions: to help individuals make informed decisions that maximize the quality of life and development potential of individuals affected by Autism; to promote research funding that yields evidence for the best practices in the treatment of autism and associated disorders; and to serve as a catalyst and advocate for the implementation of best practices in autism treatment, education, and services from early intervention through adulthood.
