Advancing Social Development Lecture Series
Social deficits often are identified as being at the core of autism spectrum disorders. They are also among of the most important, yet challenging, areas to address. This lecture series will focus on the importance of addressing social deficits from a developmental perspective, including ways to advance social development throughout day-to-day life in a practical and fun way. Parents, educators and therapists are invited to join us for an interactive lecture series, consisting of video and hands-on demonstrations and active participant practice, designed to advance your child’s play, peer and social skills. Participants will be given assignments each week to practice the topics covered.

• Module 3: Learning - Parents, teachers and caregivers have a huge responsibility when it comes to a child's social development. This module will outline ways to support a child's social development within daily activities.
