SWIMMING
Physical activity is vital for a healthy lifestyle for children with and without special needs, and swimming has long been recognized for its physical, therapeutic and recreational benefits. When choosing a swim program for their child on the spectrum, parents should consider programs that offer formal instructional classes with close support and encouragement in a safe, supportive and fun-filled environment.
